A common technique while performing a blowjob is to take the head of the
penis in the mouth while caressing the shaft of the penis with the hands

suckjob, just call it a blow job. There has also been talk that the term
has been derived from old Victorian slang where it was called a belowjob.
There has even been reference to a volcano in that the penis explodes with
semen like a volcano erupts with lava. During a blowjob the penis can
also be taken deep into the throat and this is called deepthroating. The
gag reflex must be subdued in this situation. If ejaculated while being
