Spooning
SPOONING is a sex act in where the male lies on his side behind the female
who is also on her side and proceeds to thrust his penis into the woman's
vagina. The woman will part her legs apart so that she can be penetrated.
There can also be anal penetration from the spoon position. The
individual who is penetrating is called the big spoon where as the
individual being penetrated is called the little spoon. This is more
commonly used for two gay men spooning. Yes, the spoon position is a big
hit within the gay community as well as with straight couples. If a
couple is looking for a great deal of physical intimacy than the spoon
position is definitely the sex position for them.
The reason for this is
because the it is a full body contact position. In this position, couples
can be more involved in a cuddle form as they involve in sexual
penetration. This position is known for being more intimate and less
aggressive than other sexual positions. It may be hard for the male to
ejaculate while in the spoon position because a lot of times he can't
thrust with the furiosity that he needs to ejaculate. The spoon position
is more know for slower thrusts and basically a gentler sexual position.
Another reason why the male may not be able to ejaculate is because he
usually can't penetrate deep while in this position. The spoon position a
shallow penetration position.
Also, the pressure that the penis can put
on either the clitoris or anus is quite minimal. Another disadvantage in
this position is the lack of eye contact or being able to see the others
face. In this position the woman's back is towards the male so she can't
see what's going on. So if your looking to get more intimate with your
sexual partner this is a great sex position but if you just want a night
of wild, hot, sexual action this probably wouldn't be the best sexual
